Overview

SACO, founded in 1985, is a leading designer and manufactuerer of aluminium caps and shrouds for the cosmetic industry. It offers component design, in-house tooling, pressing, assembly and a unique anodising service, which guarantees the highest quality to the customer, as it is a one-company process from design to delivery.

Product Range

With over 1000 standard caps and shrouds we offer one of the largest standard ranges in the world. Our skilled design team strives to add new designs to our standard range every year to meet the market trends with no tooling costs to the customers.

Workforce

We at SACO invest in our workforce. We are a leading employer in the area with approximately 200 employees working on a 3 shift system. We have a dedicated team with over 30 highly skilled engineers. We have an onsite maintenance engineering department which means we are a fully self sufficient manufacturing company. We offer apprenticeships year on year in our tool room and maintenance department.

Production

The factory operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a capacity well in excess of 4.5 million components per week, which makes our turn-around times some of the shortest in the industry. Production facilities include over 40 transfer presses, a flexible high speed anodising plant and 9 assembly machines.

Design

Customer design ideas will be realised by one of the largest teams of highly skilled tool-making engineers in the industry and the use of CAD/CAM technology. To provide the best possible quality we have partnered up with Solidworks providing us with the latest technology to design the caps that you need!
